From the deck, the beach curves away in both directions and the Gulf is most of what you see.

The Royal Seafarer sits directly on the beach along South Collier Boulevard, a short way from the Marriott. This is a renovated two bedroom, two bath condo whose living room opens through floor-to-ceiling sliders onto a wraparound deck, so the water is in view from most of the main room.

Inside, the finish is light and cool: tile floors, pale green and white furniture, a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining table for six, and two bedrooms with two full bathrooms.

The building has its own boardwalk through the sea grape to the sand, a heated pool, tennis courts, a fitness centre and a social room. The unit comes with private covered parking.
