The balcony faces south, so the light is on the water for most of the day.

Gulfview Club is on North Collier Boulevard, facing south over Residents' Beach. The unit is a two bedroom, two bath condo, and from the balcony you look across the lawn and the palms to the sand and the Gulf.

It is the simpler of the two condos: tile floors, a full kitchen, a living room that opens onto the balcony, a dining nook by the window, and two bedrooms with two full bathrooms.

The building has a beachfront pool, tennis courts, a fitness centre and covered parking.
